（法新社東京7日電） 日本媒體今天報導，一隻吉娃娃遭衝向牠的德國狼犬嚇到後，心臟病發死亡，日本法院裁決需向悲傷的吉娃娃主人支付賠償金，包括葬禮費用。
「每日新聞」報導，這隻15歲大的吉娃娃是去年2月在日本界市散步時，遭德國狼犬迎面衝向牠。
大阪地方法院在判決書中說，兩狗相撞後，年邁的吉娃娃變得焦躁不安，之後出現心臟衰竭；法院又說，德國狼犬主人未用皮帶拴住狗。
動物專家說，成年德國狼犬的體重，是一般吉娃娃成犬的20倍。
根據「日本經濟新聞」，審判長川□正文說：「對小狗來說，遇到大型狗猛衝是一種威脅。這隻狗是在嚴重驚嚇後死亡。」
媒體說，大阪地方法院裁定，德國狼犬主人沒有看好寵物，命令支付約1850美元賠償金（約新台幣5.8萬）與吉娃娃的葬禮費用。（譯者：中央社張曉雯）
